GLP1 App (App Store name: Peptide Tracker & Calculator) is an iPhone app for logging peptide and GLP-1 doses and tracking body weight over time. You record each dose with its date, compound and amount, and the app keeps the running history so you can see your protocol at a glance. Weight entries are charted alongside the dose log, and the built-in calculator helps work out reconstitution volumes and dose amounts. The app is local-first: your data is stored on your device. It integrates with Apple HealthKit so weight can stay in sync with the Health app. GLP1 App is a personal tracking and calculation tool. It does not prescribe, diagnose, or supply any medication. Free to download. Requires iOS 16.4 or later. The interface is in English only.

I wanted a simple way to keep track of my own peptide and GLP-1 doses and my weight without the data leaving my phone. Existing options were either spreadsheets or services that upload everything to a server, so I built a local-first iPhone app instead. Dose logging, a reconstitution calculator and weight charts are the three things I use most, so those are what the app focuses on. HealthKit support came next so weight would stay in sync with the Health app.
